We recommend using painters tape to outline the rug dimensions on your floor before purchasing. You can also use our 'View in Your Room' augmented reality tool on each product page to see how the design looks in your actual home.
What is your shipping policy?
We offer free shipping on all orders across the country. Once your order is placed, it typically ships within 1-2 business days, and you will receive a tracking number via email immediately.
What if the rug doesn't look like I expected?
We offer a 'Risk-Free' returns policy. If you aren't 100% in love with your rug, you can return it within 30 days for a full refund. We will even arrange the courier pickup for you.
How do I clean and maintain my new rug?
Regular vacuuming on a low-power setting without a beater bar is recommended. For spills, blot immediately with a clean, dry cloth. For deep cleans, we suggest professional rug cleaning to maintain the integrity of the fibers.
Are your rugs pet and child friendly?

Do I need a rug pad?
